About the Client

A Sri Lankan natural skincare brand producing handmade soaps, body scrubs, and essential oils. The brand had built a small but loyal following through farmers markets and Instagram, but their original packaging designed in-house using basic tools was preventing them from being accepted into larger retail outlets.

The Key Challenge

The existing packaging looked homemade rather than premium, which retail buyers cited directly as the reason for rejecting the brand for shelf placement, despite strong product quality.
